Nothing at all to complain about except maybe the tiny gym

The L7 Hotel in Athens was a wonderful boutique style hotel with old world charm in Athens. Very close to the Plaka area. The staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We were warmly greeted, and provided with a welcoming drink, in this case cappuccino. Clean, comfortable and spacious room - with excellent ac. They assisted us with transportation arrangements as well. Special recognition of Laila (reception) and Maria (bar) for their hospitality.

Perfect location, everything is around you , amazing people, excellent customer service, excellent food, super clean, I will suggest to everyone to not hesitate when booking for this hotel, excellent management, see you soon ❤️

Location was superb, in the center of Athens near Omonoia square.

No external windows so felt a little enclosed

Location is very good, in the center of Athens, near restaurants and attractions. The breakfast is very good. The staff makes an effort to make your stay comfortable and to help with anything.

The room is a bit too crowded with various things.

I can’t say enough about this place. The staff has been totally amazing. Each and everyone of them from the girls at the front desk to the girls who serve drinks and help with breakfast to Nico, who served us dinner the first night and brought some items to our room. The manager Was so kind to send up a fruit plate to our room because we had to change rooms in the middle of our trip, which was our fault not theirs. And it really wasn’t a big deal, but everybody has been so kind. A special shout out to Adriana who helps with breakfast and also serves drinks in the afternoon. She is the cutest sweetest girl I have ever met. The bellman were also fantastic. Anything we needed everybody was so kind and helpful.

Beautiful, spacious room, amazing breakfast, very friendly and caring staff.

The convenience of the location, the breakfast bar, the chef’s cooking skill, the interior deco, we love all.

Location was good; only a 10 min walk to market square. Staff was exceptional, the men at the door were so attentive and helpful, the women at the front desk were exceptional and also so friendly.

The rooms were small but the bed was excellent! The breakfast and the folks working the hotel were very helpful!

From our arrival to our departure the staff and experience was great. This hotel well exceeded expectations in every regard. The staff arranged our transport to/from the airport and was at the curb to unload our luggage and take it to our room while we caught our breath after a long international flight. They immediately provided complimentary made to order coffee and a snack. Our room was clean, well laid out, and provided all the necessities. Breakfast was AMAZING and complementary. For breakfast, we had omelettes and specialty coffee made to order as well as fresh squeezed orange juice and traditional Greek cheeses, meats, and Greek salad. The on-site restaurant for dinner or room service was also good. We had an issue in Athens with our cell phone being stolen and came back to the hotel quite defeated, the staff took great care to help. They welcomed us upon each return and continued to make sure all our needs were met.

The only drawback was accessibility to the upper floors - there is an elevator, but it's about 10 steps up from a flight of stairs at the entry without adequate handrails. Once you're up the flight of stairs the elevator is fine, but if you have mobility issues this may be a challenge. However, staff was always nearby to assist with luggage or going up/down the stairs if needed.

From the minute we walked through the door, we knew it was going to be wonderful. ALL staff were absolute standouts. We arrived quite early. No problem, the doorman put out luggage on a trolley, they sat in two lovely chairs, and all of a sudden we are being served gorgeous coffee. They took our cell phone number and said they would message us as soon as our room was ready (instead of 3:00pm). Sure enough, we were wandering around and a message came through, a few hours earlier than expected. We ate at the restaurant each night.

Quirky style.Staff very friendly.Top level bar is open air with a view of the Acropolis if you care to look.Breakfast was lovely.Nice update of old protected building.

Its location is close to the pedestrianised tourist area but if you head the wrong way it’s not so friendly.Mind you several of the hotels we looked at are right in that less friendly area.

It was a beautiful building, rooms are very comfortable and spotless. Staff goes out of their way to help you. Food was excellent!

We liked everything about this hotel. The staff were exceptional, rooms clean and tidy, no noise so we had a really good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Cant fault the hotel

Great location... You can walk everywhere.. Being Easter Sunday the hotel also offered a free dinner... The lamb was exceptional..

Very poor selection of wine with dinner. Unfortunately the waiter (who was extremely nice and courteous) was new on the job did not know a thing about wine. But that didn't effect our evenng.. we still had a great time.

Breakfast was lovely. A limited menu. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel. Location was brilliant, literally around the corner and you were in the centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. would highly recommend.
